Upon receipt of all crucial branding details, such as content writing, logos, images, and so on, we aim to launch your website in an average timeframe of 4 to 6 weeks. Our priority is to get your website up and running efficiently without sacrificing quality. Unlike other web design companies that may leave you waiting for months, we understand the importance of a quick launch for generating sales. In the sign-up process, we request that you provide us with three websites that you admire so we can better understand the style you desire for your own site. Definitely! We don’t believe in trapping our clients into continuing to use our services just to keep their website. Upon completing the full term of your website contract, the website becomes fully yours. You have the option to either host, manage, and maintain the website independently or continue with us by enrolling in our ongoing care plan.

We highly recommend that our clients utilize their own photographs as they offer a more genuine representation of your company. However, if our clients have photographs but they are not of high quality, we will assist in sourcing suitable stock photography. Our goal is to ensure that your website features high-quality images to showcase your brand at its best. While we can locate free stock photos for you, if a specific image is required and cannot be found for free, we will obtain premium stock photography for you at no additional cost.

Our subscription service offers three key benefits to our clients: affordability, ease of use, and peace of mind. Unlike most web agencies who split the investment into two payments, we break down the cost of a professional website into 24 manageable payments, effectively financing your website for you at zero percent interest. Our subscription program is user-friendly and requires no upfront costs, making it accessible for any business to have a professional website that would typically cost thousands of dollars to create. This payment plan allows even small businesses with limited funds to have access to a world-class website. With our subscription service, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your website will be hosted on our server and maintained by our team. You won’t have to worry about maintenance issues or troubleshooting errors, as we will keep your site running smoothly and handle any problems that may arise.

In the event of early termination of a contract, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance will apply and the website will be shut down. To cancel the contract and take your website to another host or management team, the full balance of the contract must be settled, and we will package the website files and transfer them to you.

When your contract is up, you have three options to choose from.

Option 1: Renew your contract and receive a fresh new design for free. As it’s been two years since we first built your website, the times and your brand may have changed. Take advantage of a brand-new look.

Option 2: Switch to our month-to-month maintenance plan for $180. With this option, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that we will actively host and maintain your website. You will still have unlimited access to content updates, licensed use of our plugins, and any premium features we’ve created for you, such as review displays or SMS notifications.

Option 3: Have us package up your website files and transfer them to you, so you can host, manage, and maintain your website moving forward.

Hosting your website outside of our server is not an option for active Site Prism clients. Our fast hosting and exceptional support are what set us apart and we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients. But, if you desire the flexibility of hosting your website elsewhere, purchasing the full website design outright is available to you.

Whether you choose to write your own content or have us do it for you, we’re here to support you. Many business owners have a good understanding of their services, products, and target audience, making it easy for them to create their own messaging. However, if you prefer not to write the content yourself, our team can conduct research on your industry and craft a compelling message to attract and convert prospects into customers. The cost for our content writing is $100 per page, excluding pages such as contact, photo galleries, reviews, and others that don’t require extensive content, which are free of charge.

Beware of companies claiming to build a website for just $1500. These ads might seem tempting, but the reality is often far from what you expect. Such companies may use a low-quality $50 template, and simply add your content without any custom design or tailored strategy for your brand. You may end up with a subpar website, lacking ongoing support and proper SEO structure. Instead, consider reaching out to us for a free consultation.
